SoyL Scents Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is made between SoyL Scents and independent consultants of SOYL SCENTS. SOYL SCENTS agrees to sell to the SOYL SCENTS Consultant, products and consultant agrees to purchase SOYL SCENTS products under the terms and conditions of this agreement. SOYL SCENTS reserves the right to cancel this agreement within fifteen (15) business days from the date of the agreement CONSULTANT AGREES; Consultant enters into this agreement and will remain throughout the term of the agreement, as an Affiliate (independent consultant):
1 To conduct regular “SOYL SCENTS events & sales'' and “Retail Sales” and remain active as an Affiliate (Independent Consultant) there must be one of the following;
A: a quarterly (every 3 months) purchase made in any amount. (Quarterly is January- March, April- June, July- September, October- December.)
B. A retail sale made from your URL in any given Quarter, or
C: be on an Upgrade “Club Member” membership and be current on payments, to remain a SOYL SCENTS Consultant. (Quarterly is January- March, April- June, July- September, October- December.)
2 The consultant CAN sell or represent any other direct sales or Multi-Level Marketing Company offering any product including Candles. Check with other companies to make sure this is allowed for them.
3 Failure to properly mentor can result in forfeiture of downline.
4 SOYL SCENTS Consultant agrees that she/he is not an employee, partner, agent, or principal of SoyL Scents while this agreement is in effect. Consultant agrees she/he is not entitled to the rights or benefits afforded to SOYL SCENTS employees, including disability or unemployment insurance, workers' compensation, medical insurance, sick leave, or any other employment benefit. The consultant is responsible for providing, at their own expense, disability, unemployment, and other insurance, workers' compensation, training, permits, and licenses for themselves and for their employees and subcontractors. The consultant is responsible for paying when due all income taxes, including estimated taxes, incurred as a result of the compensation paid by SoyL Scents to Consultant for services under this agreement. Consultants are responsible for keeping up with and filling own taxes.
5 All proprietary trademarks, copyrights, logo’s, customer lists, product information, company operating documents, financial documents and promotional material are the property of SoyL Scents. SOYL SCENTS Consultants under the terms of this agreement shall not disclose this information except under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
6 SOYL SCENTS reserves the right to change its, commission requirements, product prices, discounts and business materials at any time.
7 Consultants must comply with this agreement and meet requirements set forth herein to remain a SOYL SCENTS affiliate, and to receive compensation and commissions.
8 All SOYL SCENTS consultants who join directly under SoyL Scents corporate page will be moved to an active leadership sponsor team leader within 4 days after joining if you do not choose an upline/sponsor.
9 You are not allowed to have more than one consultant account. If found that you have more than one consultant account we will ask you to cancel the other account. If we do not hear back regarding this issue within 3 days the accounts will be suspended and after 7 days of no response the accounts will be terminated. Downlines will not transfer or combine with any other account.
10 Rep agrees to represent SoyL Scents in a truthful, honest and responsible manner.
11 Any SOYL SCENTS Consultant who does not follow the SOYL SCENTS policies and procedures which includes the activity clause may be terminated from our program. In the event of termination, all downlines will roll up to the sponsoring SOYL SCENTS Consultant sponsor.
12 If you go inactive, after 30 days your commissions will be placed in your shopping cart as Cart Credit. Any downlines will roll up to your sponsor.
13 If a consultant purchases at retail the commission will be paid to the purchasing consultant.
14 SOYL SCENTS pays commission daily Monday thru Friday by PayPal or by Cart Voucher (with which you can use to purchase SOYL SCENTS products). PayPal charges a % fee for handling these transactions.
15 Shipping; our goal is to ship all orders within 3-5 business days from date of order. Orders received after 5pm central time count as following business day. Orders received on postal holidays or weekends count as next business day. Items that are made to order may add 2-3 days to your shipping time; these items include Gem Bombs, eSCENTually for you, and some Limited Edition items.
16. If a retail customer requests a refund prior to their order being shipped we will issue a refund and notify you of amount of commission repayment required balance your account. If account is not balanced within 7 days your account will be suspended and removed.
To become a SOYL SCENTS Consultant
You must be 18 years or older and be a legal resident of the United States. Must have a valid Social Security number, submit an online agreement that is accepted by SOYL SCENTS, have a valid e-mail, credit card or debit card. Independent contractor status: Independent consultants are self-employed, non-exclusive independent contractors who are authorized to market and sell SOYL SCENTS products in all 50 states.
Sponsoring and Training
Consultants may sponsor others to become consultants within the 50 states. As a sponsor you are expected to help your downline learn and understand SOYL SCENTS system and policy, and to help them grow their business.
SOYL SCENTS is a Texas based business- available in all 50 states at this time.
SOYL SCENTS reserves the right to change the company’s policies and procedures, commissions and incentives at any given time.
We only use your personal information to bill you credit card and to ship your product. We do not share or sell your information to any 3rd party.
If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with please return it, in sellable condition for a full refund of purchase price.
If product is damaged in transit please provide photo of exterior of packing box and photo of broken product. Depending on damage we may or may not require product to be returned for credit or replacement. Send photos to email@example.com. Reports of damage and shortage must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.
